Bean Stuffing
1 leak
1 tablespoon savory
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons flour
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
salt
boiled beans in stock

Heat up the olive oil in a medium saucepan.

Sauté chopped leak until soft.

Add paprika and stir well.

Gradually add flour and keep mixing until the flour blends well.

Add a little bit of bean stock and beans. Keep mixing quickly.

Season with dry savory and salt.

The ready stuffing should be thick and ready to be packed in peppers or baked.
