Bean Stuffing

Preparing the beans as shown below adds extra color and flavor to the meal. It is important to follow certain steps in order to avoid flour crumbles and to ensure the right thickness of the mixture. Once cooked like this, the beans may be served right away, stuffed in peppers or baked in the oven with olives or sausages. It's up to your taste and imagination.

1 leak
1 tablespoon savory
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons flour
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
salt
boiled beans in stock

Heat up the olive oil in a medium saucepan.

Sauté chopped leak until soft.
