The following Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between any person, hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Client" and Evgeni Dobrev Gewerbe, owner of http://www.bobthechef.com and the online shop http://www.bobthechef.com , and specify the conditions under which the User can use the site and online store, and our obligations to him/her.

The use the services provided by the online shop Bob The Chef, is possible only after the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Please, read them carefully.

To purchase a product from www.bobthechef.com the you do not have to be a registered user.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions the you provide us with explicit consent to collect, store, organize and process your personal data.

We only share your personal information with other parties, when necessary to complete the services offered by the site. In case you make an order through the shop, we will provide your name, address and telephone number to our shipping partners, so they can deliver the goods to you. In order to complete the payment of your order we will provide the billing information to our partners, who are in charge of the payment.

Only the User can authorize third parties to accept his orders, and assumes full responsibility for it.

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, including VAT, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

All prices are subject to change without notice. The change takes effect after it has been announced on the website and doesn't affect past purchases.

Each User is obliged to pay the price, which was valid at the moment of acceptance of order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Prices advertised on this site are valid until the product is in stock.

The delivery cost is not included in the price of products and is determined according to the weight of the package. Please, read more about delivery in section Shipping.

When the Client places an order to purchase a product, the order represents an offer to online shop Bob The Chef to purchase the product, which is accepted by online shop Bob The Chef only when an invoice is sent to the Client. No Contract for the supply of services exists between Client and online shop Bob The Chef until Bob The Chef sends an invoice to the Client for payment. The invoice equals acceptance by online shop Bob The Chef of the Clients offer to purchase a product from online shop Bob The Chef and this acceptance of order is a valid Contract between the Client and Bob The Chef regardless of whether Client receives the invoice.

Online shop Bob The Chef attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing the product features. However, online shop Bob The Chef does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by online shop Bob The Chef itself is not as described, you can return it in unused condition.

Placing an order is easy. There is no need to create an account. We do not accept orders placed by phone, fax or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order:

You will also find links to more related products at the bottom of each reviewed product. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Online shop Bob The Chef accepts payments through PayPal and Money Bookers. All orders must be prepaid.

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Submit Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Orders made on http://www.bobthechef.com are delivered only within the geographical territory of Germany.

The delivery is handled by Deutsche Post and its service DHL Päckchen and DHL Paket, according to the standard Deutsche Post shipping rates.

In the event that the package is returned to us as undeliverable we issue a full refund, except shipping costs. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at +49(0)163 7442174, or email us at: info@bobthechef.com

Undeliverable packages are:

• Items that are too big to ship to a P.O. box and must be shipped to a street address.
• Packages with incorrect or outdated address. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
• Package that has not been collected the DHL outlet stated on the the notification card within 7 days on presentation of valid ID or arrange redelivery.
• If a package is refused by recipient for any reason, the package is returned to us. In this case the Contract for the supply of services between Client and us is terminated. We issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

All listed prices include VAT. All prices are suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. All products must be prepaid.

All products purchased from Online shop http://www.bobthechef.com can be easily returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

• has no mechanical damage;
• in new condition with original packaging and accessories;
• is accompanied by the enclosed warranty card and accompanying documents;

When the product has been used or its original packaging has been damaged, we reimburse partially the amount paid, based on the devaluation of the product, which varies in each individual case.

IMPORTANT: When the total cost of the ordered products doesn't exceed 40 Euro, the shipping costs in case of product return, are covered by the Client, in accordance with § 357 paragraph 2 sentence 3 BGB.
