Shipping
The delivery of items within Germany is handled by Deutsche Post and its service DHL Päckchen and DHL Paket, according to the standard Deutsche Post shipping rates.
The shipment rates when buying items from e-shop Bob The Chef depend on the weight and size of the package and are as follows:

Deliveries are made on the next working day. Easy and convenient online tracking
is available.
IMPORTANT:
The terms apply to orders placed before 12:00 o'clock. The delivery of orders placed after 12:00 is extended by one working day.
* In exceptional circumstances and reasons beyond our control, delivery deadlines may not be met.
* If we are unable to fulfill your request, we take responsibility to contact you and inform you. If you paid in advance, we are obligated to refund the amount you've paid within 3 working days.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. To receive your order, you must provide us with correct delivery address.
2. Once you finalize your order, an email will be sent to the e-mail address that you have provided, with full details of your order, payment and delivery information. If we need to clarify the delivery information, our operator will contact you by email.
3. If the recipient is not at home, DHL will hand over the parcel to a spouse or other person authorised in writing by the recipient to take delivery at the specified address, in return for a confirmation of receipt. DHL PAKET items can also be delivered to alternative recipients. Alternative recipients might be a relative of the recipient or his/her spouse, a colleague, employee or neighbour, if it can be assumed from the circumstances that they are entitled to take delivery of the shipment. If the DHL PAKET cannot be delivered to either the recipient or an alternative recipient, the recipient will receive a notification card with which he/she can collect the shipment from the stated outlet within 7 days on presentation of valid ID or arrange redelivery. If the DHL PAKET is not collected within this period or if a second attempt to deliver also fails, the parcel will be undeliverable and will be returned to the sender. If you are not at home when a DHL employee calls to pick up a franked shipment, you must place another pick-up request. Alternatively you can drop off your shipment at a Deutsche Post outlet or a PACKSTATION.
4. In the event that the package is returned to us as undeliverable we issue a full refund, except shipping costs. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at +49(0)163 7442174, or email us at: info@bobthechef.com
Undeliverable packages are:
- Items that are too big to ship to a P.O. box and must be shipped to a street address.
- Packages with incorrect or outdated address. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
- Package that has not been collected the DHL outlet stated on the the notification card within 7 days on presentation of valid ID or arrange redelivery.
- If a package is refused by recipient for any reason, the package is returned to us. In this case the Contract for the supply of services between Client and us is terminated. We issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
