How it's made:
Fish country style is very popular Bulgarian dish. Its ingredients vary depending on the region it comes from or the seasonal vegetables. This is easy to cook light meal.
Wash and clean the sea bass well. Season with salt and place it in an appropriate size baking dish.
Cut onions, carrots and celery julienne style and saute them in olive oil. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar and bay leaves. Spread the vegetables around the fish in the baking dish and cover it with lemon slices. Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 30-40 minutes.

2 small sea bass fish /300 g each/
2 large onions
2 celery sticks
2 carrots
2 peppers
2 canned tomatoes /250 g each/
1 lemon
1 bunch of fresh parsley
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2-3 bay leaves
salt and pepper
olive oil
1 glass of white wine
